CoDiS monitoring systems

CoDiS DM - Permanent diagnostic vector monitoring

Permanent monitoring and database of:

  • Relative shaft vibration
  • Bearing vibrations
  • Axial position of rotor
  • Stator core vibrations
  • Air gap minimum values
  • Rotor polemagnetic field
  • Electrical values
  • Active and reactive power
  • Phase symmetry, power angle
  • Total harmonic distortion
  • Static and quasistatic parameters
  • Temperatures
  • Process parameters

CoDiS RM - permanent Rotor Monitoring

On line monitoring of:

  • Rotor pole temperature
  • Air gap
  • Magnetic flux
  • Insulation Resistance Sensor
  • Exciter voltage and current
  • Rectifier diode failure detection

CoDiS TR - Permanent transient monitoring system

  • Permanent monitoring of transient events in current and voltage of generator and excitor.
  • Measurement of mechanical and process parameters.
  • When trigger event occurs system automatically records 10 seconds of all measured signals (up to 256 channels per unit), 2 seconds before trigger and 8 after including phase reference.
  • All data are permanently stored in CoDiS TR database
  • System is adjustable and modular

CoDiS-RT - Vibration and overspeed protection unit

  • RT (Real-Time) process unit
  • FPGA level
  • Trending of measured signals
  • PDA module control and setup
  • Communication with SCADA
  • Modular and adjustable – multipurpose protection usage
