Vibration measurement and diagnostic 16 channel systemContains all diagnostic methods that are integrated in permanent diagnostic system.

PDS contains:

  • Set of sensors, depending on system configuration, (accelerometers, non contact inductive sensors, optical sensor for rotation speed and phase reference, pressure sensors, temperature sensors)
  • Measurement and analysis software
  • PC unit

CoDiS VM Contains:

  • CoDiS VM vibration measurement and analysis software ( up to 6 channels)
  • PC unit (Customer decision)

Basic functions:

  • Time domain measurementsn RMS, peak values, Smax
  • Rotation speed (for rotary machines)
  • Harmonic analysis
  • On – line spectral analysis
  • Off - line analysis of measured data
  • Trending of all measured values
  • Diagram printing (for reports)
  • Modular choice up to 6 channels (CoDiS VM06 – 6 channels unit)

CoDiS MB02 Portable balancing system

CoDiS MB02 Portable balancing system (two plane balancing) contains:

  • Portable signal conditionig and A/D unit
  • Measuring sensors ( accelerometers and optical sensor for rotary speed and phase reference)
  • CoDiS MB02 two plane balancing software
  • PC unit (Customer decision)

Basic functions:

  • Automated calculation of balancing masses and phase angles
  • Graphical display of vectors
  • Data saving on each step – spreadsheet or txt (in case of system failure)
  • Correction calculation
  • Vector diagram saving (for report)
