Veski on NI Energy Forum

Veski participates on National Instruments Energy Forum in Zagreb, Ljubljana and Budapest!

Long term cooperation of VESKI Ltd and well known american company National Instruments (NI) was succesfully presented with a series of lectures under the name "NI Energy Forum". Experts from Veski held the lectures in Zagreb (17.09.2009), Ljubljana (22.09.2009) and Budapest (24.09.2009).

Main topic of the forum was integration of NI equipment in products of companies that participated at the conference.
Veski presented a rewarded product "CoDiS" (Computerized Diagnostic System), rotating Machinery Condition Monitoring (MCM) system (hydro- and turbo- generators, compressors, pumps, motors). This product is based on NI hardware and is completely programmed using NI Software tools, LabVIEW. The significance of MCM is in continuous analysis of parameters relevant for machine operation. Based on these parameters, changes in state can be noticed and appropriate actions undertaken. On-line machine monitoring can reduce maintenance and repair expenses up to 50 percent.

"CoDiS" is presented as a Case Study in two worldwide publications of National Instruments along with three more first-class products in the field of energetics (companies ELCOM, Nucor Corp and Vehicle Projects LLC).
